Why do you feel this person deserves to be honored? : Jill has worked with Los Osos cares for a few years. She helps to coordinate the community dinners and food giveaways. She has a big heart ❤️. I am sure that she has done much more for the community than I mentioned and deserves more credit. She is definitely a citizen of the year as she has made a large positive impact in this community.
